The Farmhouse

A traditional cob and granite medieval Devon farmhouse dating to the 14th/15thC, the house has a fine range of period features including inglenook fireplaces and planked screens.  There are four bedrooms available.

The Granary is a large ground floor bedroom with en suite wetroom. The slate floor is beautifully cool in summer and underfloor heated during the winter. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a television.  £175 for two nights (VAT included).  There is a futon in this bedroom that can be used as an additional single or double, comes with sheet only, if used guests need to bring their own bedding/towels.  This futon can easily be moved to another bedroom if required.

We also have three farmhouse bedrooms that share a large traditional family bathroom.

On the landing there is a kettle to make tea and coffee and a well stocked bookcase to browse/board games to play! Downstairs there are two lounges, one  with a television and both with woodburners.

The Primrose Bedoom – a beautiful sunny room overlooking the front garden and barn, wooden floors and a Queen bed.  £150 for two nights (VAT included)

The Cornflower Bedroom – pretty, carpeted bedroom with a double bed, looking out over the front garden and barn.  £150 for two nights (VAT included)

The Foxglove Bedroom – Tucked at the back of the house this room has a king bed and single. We provide bedding and towels for up to 3 guests in this room but this room can accommodate one extra should you wish. Extra guests have to provide their own bedding and towels.  £150 for two nights (VAT included)

Breakfast is not normally provided, guests breakfast in one of the Barns with those staying in the accommodation there but if you do require breakfast in the farmhouse please just let us know.

One night is the same price as two nights.
